"Slates under the bed were broken and had to remove mattress to sleep on floor. Vertical blinds in bedroom were missing. No info about wifi, appliances etc. They had no idea about anything when checking in. We were very disappointed because the location was perfect."

"Lovely spot to stay in and a very nice neighborhood to be located in. Close to downtown area within a 30 minute walk to CN tower. Bright and cheerful apartment. Only downfall was the furniture was fragile, esp. foot of bed and it was too hot to be comfortable in this small place. Air conditioning was not activated during our stay and despite a fan and very small window for ventilation, air was not moving. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping and enjoyment of this place. "
