The Residence is a stylish 2 bedroom apartment, nestled within a newly renovated building just on the outskirts of York City Centre, this apartment offers everything you could need for any length of stay in York.

The ideal location, close to local amenities such as supermarkets, chemists, takeaways, pubs, and just a 15 minute walk to the York Shambles in the heart of the City Centre with a bus route just a 2 minute walk away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, please note there are roughly 22 steps required to access the property. Once you gain access to the apartment, it is entirely on one floor.

Heading into The Residence, you will enter through a hallway into the open plan living, kitchen and dining space. Within this space, you will find a comfortable corner sofa with a large flat screen smart Tv, a breakfast bar area with seating for up to 4 guests and a modern kitchen space, including all the electrical appliances you could need including a full fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and a hot kettle tap.

The property offers two bedrooms, each of which has a double bed, both bedrooms provide hotel quality bed linens and towels for your use.

Free WIFI is provided throughout your stay.

Sadly parking is not offered with this property, however there are streets nearby which offer free parking, just a short stroll from the apartment.

Very good value for money!

Stayed here for a week. The property was lovely inside, very homely and cosy. Had everything we needed. Short walk to York City Centre, listed with no parking but there was plenty of parking on the neighbouring streets within a 2 min walk so did not affect us at all. Guest book was helpful, some great recommendations! We loved it here and will be back! Great value for money!!
