With touches of elegance and style at every turn, Pinfold Cottage has been beautifully decorated and offers 5 star quality. This beautiful and luxurious newly built three bedroomed house is set in a secure and gated development in the historic market town of Helmsley. It has an enclosed patio with outside seating and private secure off street parking.
* Size:  Sleeps 6, 3 bedrooms. * Nearest beach:  Less than 30 miles. * Nearest amenities:  Less than a mile. * Pets: One dog is welcome. * Short breaks : Accepted all year round. * Smoking:  Not allowed at this property. * Rooms:  3 bedrooms, open plan Kitchen/Lounge/Dining room, 1 en suite bathroom, 2 en suite shower rooms, cloakroom. *   Beds:  2 king-size beds, 1 double bed. * Luxuries: Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime available for guests who have their own accounts), DAB radio, iPod docking station, free unlimited WiFi, dishwasher wine fridge, SONOS sound system, bathroom TVs, wood burning stove. * General: Gas central heating, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. * Utilities: Fridge freezer, electric induction hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, washer dryer. * Standard:  Toaster, kettle, Iron and Ironing board. * Other:  Linen and towels provided * Layout:  Ground floor, first floor, second floor. * Outdoors:  Enclosed patio with outside seating and woodstore. * Parking: Private off street parking for one car in front of the property within a secure gated courtyard. Please not the parking space is the third bay from the left when looking at the property. There is one space only. The other spaces belong to the neighbouring properties who require access 24/7.  * Mobility:  Should there be any specific health or mobility difficulties which may affect a party member, this must be pointed out at the initial reservation stage so that the suitability of the property can be assessed.
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Great stay
Fantastic weekend away with friends in a beautiful property. Great secure parking, brilliant equipped property with everything you need. Smoke detector hypa sensitive, went off every time we opened the oven door. Oven door does need some attention as the clips kept falling off then the glass was loose. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again

Delightful home in centre of Helmsley
The property is immaculate and very well equipped. Everything has been thought of including a lovely welcome pack. It is a perfect location in the centre of Helmsley.

Lovely cottage
Very impressed with Pinfold Cottage - beautiful house and perfect location - although difficult to find on arrival. The cottage was comfortable and well equipped Whilst we were given the key safe code I do not appear to have been informed of the entrance gate code and when we arrived late on Friday evening were unable to enter. Having manually opened the walk through gate we had to knock on a neighbouring door to get the code. I was not aware of the Quooker tap initially and burnt my hand - I wonder if a small warning sign would be useful. Overall a pleasant stay I would recommend and return Sadly I left 3 bottles of red wine in the wine rack - hopefully they will still be there should we return!
