Lovely spacious home, 8mins walk to York Minster!

We are in a lovely location very close to the City for exploring but in a quiet residential street for relaxation!Get to York Minster within 8 minutes walk & grab a coffee on the way at 1 of many Cafés!

We have a fully equipped kitchen, previous guests have cooked a complete Christmas dinner!The apartment is perfect for a peaceful & restful break and you won't need to leave the property if you don't want to .
The space
This beautiful apartment is an easy 8 minutes walk from the heart of the city and a short walk from the railway station. It's a great base for exploring the city. We're on a quiet, residential street and have free parking

The apartment is deceptively spacious and extremely neat and tidy. The lovely en-suite second bedroom is downstairs, and then the family bathroom, master bedroom, large lounge, separate dining room and kitchen are all upstairs. It's truly a great place to relax & be refreshed.
Guest access
Everything is available to you - you can have the entire property for your stay! A well equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining space are there for your relaxation. We hope you will enjoy the space and sanctuary that this apartment offers.

(The small courtyard accessible by the downstairs bedroom is for the flat downstairs only)

Parking is on street directly outside the property, authorised by a parking permit which hangs inside on the coat hooks. We only have one permit, which you leave on your dash. If you want to bring any more cars, you can unload directly outside for ten minutes. The parking restrictions end at the bottom of the street, you can park on the terraces for free and it’s only a couple of minutes walk.
Other things to note
The second bedroom is downstairs next to the front door, you may want to note this if bringing children.

You will need to be able to manage stairs to stay, the majority of the flat is accessible by one flight of stairs.

Lovely time

The flat was in a great location for walking into York Centre. Lovely eggplant and gray color in the decor-may use the inspiration for home!

We were never able to stay because never had contact with the owner for check-in instructions. Had to book something else more expensive👎 Bad experience ever… We have to work again for a refund. VRBO should do this for us.

AVOID Host! Disgrace!

Host doesn’t communicate via app. Failed to send any address or check in information. Left stranded in city centre for hours dealing with Vrbo for somewhere alternative to stay. Booked six months in advance and completely letdown by host. Utter disgrace to advertise and fail to provide property ruining weekend for us all.

Dated and poor communication

Communication with the owner was none existent, messaged owner day before and on check in with no reply. VRBO also tried to contact owner on our behalf, without any success.We arrived at the property and only gained access due to the cleaner being onsite. Who was lovely and helpful. We couldnt check in so we went out for the day. Although the property was clean, it was dated and could do with freshing up. The second bedroom, wasnt great! The curtain pole was broken meaning the cutain couldnt be closed properly, and offered no privcy in the room.
