Step into the hallway and from there you will find both bedrooms on your right hand side and the house bathroom on the left.
At the end of the hallway is the impressive open plan kitchen/diner living room, laid out in an L-shape. My kitchen is nicely equipped for home cooks and appliances include fridge freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax, with table and chairs for up to 6 (feel free to use as a work space), a large comfy sofa and 2 armchairs. TV is a 4K, smart TV.
Bedroom 1 has a king size excellent quality bed with pillows and ample storage space inside the triple built-in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has a single built in wardrobe and two twin single quality beds, which is suitable for children.
White four piece bathroom with separate shower cubicle. Towels are included, as well as complimentary miniature toiletries
Guests will have access to the entire flat.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
PARKING
Guest who book, please be sure to read your guest manual which will be emailed out approximately 7 days in advance of your check in. Here you will find the instructions for your parking.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request. Do ensure you message before hand and we can arrange for them to be installed. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
