"Fantastic hotel across the road from the Black Sea. Hotel is beautiful and clean and staff were extremely friendly – especially the man who carried our bags to our room. Our room was spacious and overlooked the water. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with lots to choose from. Lovely bar area at the front of the hotel. It is not far from the town centre but you will need to get a taxi or a bus to get there or drive. There is a free carparking in the front of the hotel. The only issue was there was a big step up to the bathroom and the shower was not the best. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent location with near-by included parking. The suite was spacious, clean and modern. I would like to provide a special mention of Bushra who was at the front desk as she was very friendly and helpful. "

"We arrived really late at night for only a one night stay. Reception was quick with check in and helped us park. One of the rooms had issue with its electricity. The gentleman who showed us to the room sorted it out quickly. He also provided a spare bed for one of kids very quickly. Breakfast was decent. The attendants were bit overwhelmed but still dealt with the morning rush with smiles. To top it all off, my wife left her iphone in the room. An hour after check out we got a call from the hotel informing us about the phone. So all in all only one night but excellent hotel with exceptional staff."
