Considering the service compared to the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, especially in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, with very comfortable mattresses that provide great rest. However, there are a few minor points that could be improved, such as the weak sound insulation and the slow water drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast offers good variety, but it would be even better with some improvement.

We arrived off the bus at 8am and were shown to our room even though check in wasn’t until 2pm! This was great as we were able to freshen up for the day. It’s right next to the bus station which is very convenient and easy to get into the city.

I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles. Herşeyden memnun kaldık

Toplamda 3 gece kaldık. Otel sanırım baştan aşağı yenilenmiş, odalar 4 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda diyebilirim, çok rahattık gerçekten. Sadece diğer odalardan gelen ses bazen fazla geliyordu ama onada yapabilecek pek birşey yok. Kahvaltısı yeterli, açık otoparkı var. Merkeze 5 dk civarı arabayla. Çalışanlarda iyiydi. Trabzon'a yolu düşen herkese tavsiye ederim.

Ailecek 2 gece kaldık, gayet temiz ve rahat, geniş bir odamız oldu. Banyosu geniş ve temiz. Odada ihtiyacımız olan hemen herşey vardı. Kahvaltıda gayet yeterli açık büfe. Çalışanlarda çok iyi. Arka yan tarafta otele ait araba otoparkıda var. Daha ne isteyeceksiniz ki :)
