We enjoyed the stay so much we extended three times. The staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is buffet stile and plentiful, the rooms are modern and generous. Parking off road was available. Excellent value for money.

Convenient Stay Near Trabzon Airport I stayed at this hotel for one night because it was very close to Trabzon Airport, which was perfect for my early morning flight. The cleanliness was fine, nothing exceptional, but the room itself was very big and comfortable. If you’re looking for a convenient place to stay near the airport, this hotel does the job well!

My stay at Turkler was great. The staff were welcoming and lovely. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast had few options to choose from which was good. Our room faced the street, and on a few occasions, we could hear traffic at night. I would recommend requesting a room on a higher floor or one facing the courtyard for a quieter experience.

Considering the service compared to the price, this hotel is an excellent choice, especially in terms of cleanliness and room comfort, with very comfortable mattresses that provide great rest. However, there are a few minor points that could be improved, such as the weak sound insulation and the slow water drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast offers good variety, but it would be even better with some improvement.

We arrived off the bus at 8am and were shown to our room even though check in wasn’t until 2pm! This was great as we were able to freshen up for the day. It’s right next to the bus station which is very convenient and easy to get into the city.

It was good in general but i guess the location was not OK, as you can't sleep at night due to cars and trucks sounds, the windows is duoble glass but the rims are wood and they dont close well, the tiles of the bathrooms are slippery and dangerous. Parking area should be paved and guarded.

I do like some of the staff not all when it comes to customers service and the attention, they need more training how to handle issue, from the house keeping Huda and her mother are the greatest team and customers service skill happy for them for the extra miles.
