"Probably not a busy season. When I check in nobody was at the reception. Only after I called out did a guy half-asleep came out from nowhere. Nobody helped me with the suitcases. This are services what I expected from a decent hotel"
"My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. "
"A bad experience! I have booked to stay 1 night at LiveMax with breakfast in early Dec 2023. However, the actual price was far higher than the price I booked at hotel.com and without breakfast. The staff could not give me a satisfied reply why such change, but I had to choose this hotel finally because the time I checked in was late night. And for the room environment, the toilet was a bit smelly which seemed not cleaned up completely."

"A little older than some of the other business hotels, but I find this the best. Has a lot of good free toiletries, larger rooms and good desk space in your room to work. Best of all AC worked with no smell"
"Amazing staff, very handy location. I have to give the bed and pillow 1/10. Very uncomfortable for me. If you like a very hard bed you’ll like it. Buffet breakfast was a good start to the day and a small but very handy laundry in the basement. "
"This place is best for those traveling by car, as it's nearby the highways. The amenities & room is what you would typically expect from a Route Inn.
It was just a little awkward to have the Sento on the, same floor as the reception. 😂
Despite being slightly far from the station, as long as your luggage isn't crazy, you can still walk. Otherwise take a 5 minute taxi of bus. "
"We decided to stay here and enjoy a round of golf - our first time to do so in Japan!
I'm happy to say it was an excellent stay. Golf was amazing and the staff were all the best!
Hotel is managed well, and is clean - although it could use some updating... it's overall presentation is great.
Food at the club house and resort is excellent, however, it would nice to have a small convenience store nearby or on the property ... If you want to try the French restaurant, you need to make a reservation 3-days in advance!
Onsen and sauna was very nice. I recommend it after a day of play on the course to refresh before or after dinner!
One of our favorite places to visit was the 7th floor bar, where Atsuko-san (our busy and hardworking bartender), took great care of us. Ask for her martini or old fashion - delicious! Best part was that I could enjoy a cigar indoors here with her tasty beverage! I really wished I could buy the ashtray they had at the bar!
Toyoda-san speaks fluent English and is always ready to assist foreign visitors ... I shipped my golf bag ahead of time from Narita and it was ready for me when I arrived. I then shipped it to Haneda for my return to Guam and it was waiting for me like a puppy at home.
If you want to play golf and get off the grid, put this country club on your short list.
One thing I wished they had was branded merchandise. There is no polo or golf bag tags that you can buy with their logo on it ...
I will be returning again!"
