"This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. "This property was the last hotel we stayed at of a 3 week vacation and it was the perfect send off! It has an interior access to the train station. The lobby is beautiful with a side room with beverages in the afternoon. We were in a habit facing high room and the view was spectacular! Very roomy! Clean! Classy! The kitchenette is perfect! The staff at the front desk was very friendly. The laundry facilities was nice - 6 each washer and dryers. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in Japan and I have stayed in many over the years. It was clean, modern, had a fully stocked kitchen, and was very spacious compared to Japanese standards. The housekeeping was great every day and I had a beautiful view of Mount Fuji during sunset every day and a view over Yokohama. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."
