"We had a short, transitory stay at Success Hotel, and it was exactly what we needed. The room was incredibly clean and spacious, especially considering the very reasonable price. What really stood out, though, was the staff. They were so helpful and went out of their way to seamlessly arrange a taxi for us to Hanoi Airport for our next destination. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, cleanliness, and value in Hanoi!"

"Booked as an overnight layover and I was pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel and staff received us. I wasn't quite sure to begin with but hands down this place is exceptional value for money. Breakfast was great and served fresh and their valet driver was awesome. Highly recommended from someone who wasn't quite sure what we'd get."

"Room was comfortable and great service recovery from Steven improved the experience. Club lounge was relatively smaller, with more lounge seats than dining tables. During dinner hours, guests may have to share the larger dining table, creating more of a communal canteen vibe than exclusive lounge. More proper dining tables would help. There is also room for improvement in the attentiveness of lounge staff and service levels of doormen and coffee service during breakfast."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel."

"Hotel is in a location where taxi driver sometimes refuse to come due to location and traffic"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Bob, who was incredibly helpful and attentive, and Duc, who kindly helped us with our luggage and provided excellent service. Happy was also very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference to our experience. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would definitely...

"There is a clear window into the bathroom, so the person in bed a see you on the toilet or in the shower. There is a Venetian blinds which you need to keep pulled for privacy. An odd design. Hardly any drawer space for clothes. A good location, staff are friendly and helpful"

"This place is fantastic. Great location, incredible staff, comfortable rooms and a beautiful rooftop pool. I will stay here again."

"The service was great the breakfast was good . The reception girl Ho ey was very well and gave nice service"

"Lovely hotel, beautiful and clean. Very caring staff. The room was large for what we've seen in Hanoi, ours had 2 floors with 2 bathrooms even. Wifi is super fast and AC quiet, very quiet sleep. Nice location to enjoy the Hanoi experience. The rooftop bar was so quiet while we were there, hard to have a lively bar with almost no guests but its such a unique set up, this would go over really well where we come from! Fun. The dinner we had was really nice with excellent service. They arranged a...

"Loved this hotel and the front desk team especially Grace who went out of her way to make our stay special. Lovely pool, breakfast and amenities. Close walking distance to most things, but also an easy location to book a Grab. In a very busy area, it's quiet and offers a great balance if you want to relax, eat or sit at the skybar in the hotel without going out. It's exactly as the pictures depict and definitely one of the top hotels in the area."
