I have stayed here repeatedly over the last 10 years or so when I am visiting my family in South Carolina..I will not stay again for several reasons..
The pool was closed, nothing mentioned on the website, the room we stayed in the door was hard to lock & I had to go out of my way to get clean towels.. we stayed a week.. the best thing about the hotel was it was pet friendly.. 15.00 dollars a night for him so not bad.. so I think I can do better for the...

"Cozy, charming with a fantastic breakfast! Our room had super comfortable bedding and ice cold AC. The delicious breakfast was even better on the old school front porch. Location is fantastic as well. "

"Our stay was good. The only concern was the apparant lack of care to the property itself. There was trash around the entrance and parking area that was there for the length of our stay. Tables outside for guests had cigarette butts and ashes in the non smoking areas and were not cleaned off. Observed no one at the front desk for extended lenghths of time. The room was fine and housekeeping very responsive. Clean up the outside- bad first impression."
