"I liked that the property was close enough to walk to food, souvenirs and ice cream! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had our choice of pillows. We enjoyed daily housekeeping service, I especially appreciated the bar soaps and shampoo that were left for us to use. The complimentary breakfast was generous, (no waffle maker if anyone is looking for that specifically). Eggs, sausage, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. We needed to cut our stay short by one day and had absolutely no problem doing so. We received a full refund without any questions or hassle."

"We stayed several places within Yellowstone and this by far was the best! Loved the location. We stayed in the Washburn Lodge and it was very nice! Loved the coffee shop for morning breakfast and snacks. Staff were very helpful in planing our daily events and knowing if roads were closed. I would highly recommend this location."

"We were so impressed by the staff! They truly went above and beyond! When they said if you need anything at all just ask, they absolutely meant it. It was a fabulous trip.
