"Was able to stay here with some friends for a weekend getaway. Great location with a beautiful view of the water. Close to a secluded beach as well!Previous reviews were accurate in that there was a strong sewage smell that went in and out throughout the day. Unfortunately where was some black mold located in one of the bathrooms on the top floor which is why our rating is lower. House could also use some updates to the interior but the photos are pretty accurate. "

"The house was great. Plenty of room and a nice pool area that got sun much of the day. The property management company was very responsive and helped take care of things before our arrival. There was an issue with the hot water when we first arrived but with the help of the property manager, decided that it was probably some kind of timer that was limiting the hot water.
