"We absolutely loved our stay here, the staff from arrival to departure were friendly, courteous, and helpful. There was ample entertainment, iguanas walking around, music, playing, friendly interactive staff , plenty of food, and right on the ocean. The 24-hour gym was convenient, well stocked , and the spa was very clean, comfortable, and came highly recommended. Definitely agree! Oralia was a wonderful masseuse! Although this is our first time here, it was recommended, and we agree that it's better than a couple that we've been to and even paid more for. You won't be disappointed. Rob"

"The Sheraton was fantastic. The club rooms were awesome with one exception. The pillows felt lumpy like bags with wadded up socks. Otherwise, it was great. "

"The hotel itself was amazing, beautiful pool and room! Loved the water falls right by the elevators! So therapeutic! They also had an amazing breakfast buffet! Everything was delicious! Only thing we didn’t appreciate is that despite paying in cash when we were done eating at the buffet, they still charged our room and we found out during check out! They claimed that they will fix it and that they will grant the proper refund and they just needed more communication in that part but other wise, this hotel/resort is 10/10! "

"Everything was amazing. The service was incredible . The cleanliness of the hotel itself and cleaning people always keeping up with the resort. Very family friendly would go back. The only thing was the food could improve a bit. The breakfast buffet so delicious and the lunch was great multiple options for both kids and adults. Not a fan of the asian restaurant nor the Mexican style restaurant. All other food was great! "
