I loved the fun theme and beautiful grounds, the room was clean and nice. The staff was very nice as well. Enjoyed the Mojiganga Festival. I will love to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Lovely 2 days at Hostal de la Luz. Room was large with private balcony with a view and a hammock. Food in the restaurant is delicious, make sure to try the fish or shrimp tacos for lunch. Expect dogs barking and roosters crowing at dawn, but then again, you are in the mountains of Mexico in a rural area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a very dreamy place. Maybe it was the shakra cleansing bath ( which turned out to be quite lovely not hokey as you might think, even for a...
