"Unfortunately we had bad neighbors for two nights. The noise went on until after 2 am. We left a day early. The hotel refunded our third night. We appreciated that. All the staff there are excellent. The hotel is very nice. No issues with parking."

"Great location"

"Great location"

"We loved the old historic building. The room was clean and staff were very friendly."

"I have to say my husband and I were pleasantly surprised when we got there. It was perfect for the two of us. Right in the middle of everything. A amazing bar just steps away. A amazing restaurant right under you. Also getting to enjoy whiskey row, and all the shops. It was so beautiful! Most of all beautiful weather. We will definitely stay here again."

"Food was good. No coffee cups in the room for using coffee machine. Small old school TV. Casino smells like a moldy damp basement. Drinks are expensive at the lobby bar. Lobby bar closes at 9pm. Overall it was ok, but nothing special."

"Hard to get out of (impossible to go left on Gurley St.) Parking is very tight. Place has got some years on it but so do I. Room was clean, sheets were clean and everything worked and was well maintained."

"The stay was alright was really pricy"

"Room was dirty. Linens stained. Trash in the hall. Just a disgusting place and there was no one to complain to."

"Breakfast is good a lot of choices."

"Front Desk told me that housekeeping would happen every two days; we stayed 7 days and room was only freshened once, after 2 days. The breakfast was okay. My sister had to ask for more decaf coffee as it ran out about an hour before. The staff quickly brought out another pot of decaf."
