"I was denied the booking stating that they didn’t receive the booking. Refused to allow me to use their phone outside the lobby to contact Wotif. I had to go and buy a new SIM card to call and email Wotif. Found out that there are no other guest at the hotel. Received an email 30 minutes to midnight after much hassle and I have already booked another hotel to inform me that they received the booking 5hrs late and that they have staff at the reception at 11:30pm!!! Fantastic hotel, great location - recommended
"Fantastic hotel situated in an ideal location - 5-6 mins away from 2 MTR stations. Staff were professional and helpful. 1 room (of 2) initially wasn't ready on time, but they made an extra effort to keep us informed whilst we waited. Hotel bathroom was a little tired, but everything else was in good condition. High standards maintained - will stay here again. "
