"This was a beautiful pub and excellent friendly staff . Only thing we found was walls were very thin so could hear tv and talking next door . We had a meal at lunch fish & chips very nice . But cooked breakfast disappointing as everything was under cooked and poached eggs still raw .But there was a good choice of fresh bread , pastries to help yourself too . "

The bar had a good atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed! Breakfast was next level - best cooked breakfast we’ve had. "We enjoyed our stay here. I spoke to the host on the phone as we arrived early and wanted to parking advice. He was so kind and explained in detail how to get to the car park and recommendations around Bath. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear people walking around but that’s to be expected in an old home. "

"Very far away from town centre, no shops around, supermarkets a bit far away. No shower, and not even plug on the bath, just an old towel. Expensive, 50 per day, for that price you can book at Travellodge with toilet inside the room and in conditions, plus maybe breakfast included. The only good thing was ability to cook"

"Overall the property was in a great location.Flat was everything that you needed. Pity however that it was missing just a few little touches. A small bottle of milk would not have gone amiss. No salt and pepper. The TV remote control needs to be replaced. Control buttons not working . Could not get any BBC channels on free view . All small problems . The entry instructions were great and very clear. "
