"Stayed 4 nights while catching up with family members staying nearby. Comfortable and friendly, good breakfast choices and flexible times. Glad there wasn't a heatwave as it would probably get quite hot - it's old so not air-conditioned and the room was under the eaves. Convenient for Henley, Wallingford and walks in Cotswold AONB, Ridgeway etc. Pretty area. Brakspears beer very tasty."

"This house is very convenient to the airport. The check in by code and room lock by code works well. But you get what you pay for, my room had a bed and old deck nothing more. But having access to a kitchen is nice and there is a store on the same block. When I was there washer/dryer and dishwasher were both out of order. Easy to get to by cab or Uber. If you just need a place to sleep for the night it’s fine. I would not recommend for long term stay. "

"For what I paid the room was as expected, it was clean had a good TV that had plenty of channel choice. There were hot drink facilities in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was brilliant! The chef did a cracking job with my order and the mushroom sauce as a side was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with local produce and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for sometime. "

"The Percy Arms is truly a hidden gem in Surrey. Situated in the quaint village of Chilworth, this quiet Inn was absolutely fantastic on all fronts. The room was gorgeous and spacious. "I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks"
