The location was very nice - close to the beach. The room condition was not like photos; amenities including shampoo and conditioner were not refilled. Bedding was comfortable and clean, but the room cleanliness was questionable. They provide free breakfast which was great. They provide western style (bread, cereal and scrambled eggs) plus Korean style (rice and soup) Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights here for quick access to the beach and the mountains. The bad: mold everywhere, no microwave, windows were very dirty- made sunrise pictures come out horrible- very little stock of toiletries- had to call for towels- no complimentary breakfast- parking was horrible. The bed wrecked our backs- comforters were the lowest quality available. The good- convince store is located in lobby, walk to the beach in seconds- and the sunrise was incredible. If you need to get the sounds of the ocean to fill yoyr soul, be awakened with the beauty of the sunrise- and you can get past some “issues” - this is your spot!

Maybe the hotel looked like that when it first opened up but now it looks old and dilapidated. The amenities were old and not well maintained. The room was not that clean. There was fresh food stains on one of the chairs. We couldn't tell who were staff and who were guests. Although they were really nice, it wasn't being taken seriously. All of the towels smelled like mould, even the clean ones we received. The lobby was scattered with bugs, dead and alive. There was a grasshopper chilling by the microwave. For what we paid for this was truly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend.

외관부터 페인트도 언제 칠했는지.. 관리가 안되어 있고, 내부 시설도 오래 되었음, 최근 몇 년간 가 본 숙소 중 아주 최고로 별로임.그 흔한 비데도 설치되어 있지 않고, 화장실도 오래 되어 바닥에 물자국이 남아있고, 조식은 더 별로임. 그렇게 주려면 컵라면이나, 빵만 주는것이 나을듯 합니다.사진보고 예약했는데 식구들한테 엄청 구박 받았네요.

해변가에 위치해 있다 보니 뷰가 굉장히 좋았습니다. 아침에 눈뜨자마자 파도와 윤슬이 기분을 묘하게 합니다. 다만 에어콘 실외기가 베란다에 있어 바람이 많이 불거나 우천시에도 베란다 창을 열으라고 해서 열었더니 밤새 샷시가 덜그덕 거려 신경이 쓰였습니다. 샤워할 때 화장실 바닥 물이 잘 안내려갑니다. 그래도 인테리어가 군더더기없고 하룻밤 자는데는 괜찮았어요. 다음에 또 방문 할게요~

가격 양심적이지 못함. 가족여행을 망침.

바다뷰가 보이는 방 바로 앞에 차도가 있는데 방음이 되지 않아(옛날 샤시) 잠을 제대로 못잠. 관리자도 방음이 잘 안된다는건 알고 있었다고 하네요. 피곤해서 여행 및 집까지 장거리 이동시 너무 피곤했음.(내돈 내고 이게 뭐람 ㅠ.ㅠ) 5월 4일 연휴 1박(27만원) 요금이 평일 요금의 5배 폭리를 취함. 계약시는 당연시 비용에 준하는 수준으로 판단하고 계약을 했는데 너무 억울했고 이용후기 평이 좋고, 이정도 가격이면 기대감을 가지고 멀리 강원도까지 가족여행을 갔는데 1박에 5만원 정도하는 숙소였다면 감수했겠지만 이런 숙소를 잡아 가족들에게 너무 미안했음. ㅠ.ㅠ 5월초인데 모기가 있다는게 당황스러웠고 앞에 사용한 투숙객이 한마리 잡아 두고 우리가 새벽에 한마리 잡음. 청결관리 필요함. 5월 3일 강릉에서 18만원 숙소 만족도다 너무 좋았는데 가족여행 완전 망침.

일출맛집

두아이와 3명이서 묶고왔어요. 한파경보가 엄청 심할때인데 따뜻하게 묶었어요. 침대에 누워서 일출을 볼수있어서 다음에 또 오자고 약속하고왔네요.

기본4인 최대5인 기준이라서 5인기준인원 숙박비용을 모두 지불했지만, 호텔측에서 1인 침구추가비용을 요청합니다. 관례라고 합니다. 시설(냉장고,에어컨,TV연결 고장등)도 낙후되어 불편했습니다. 입실당시 기본용품도 구비가 안되어 별도로 확인해서 요청해야 했고, 이후 화장지등도 부족해서 요청이 번거로워 구매해서 사용했습니다.
