"The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids."

"The staff were very helpful. A few restauraunts and convenience stores nearby. We went to the mall about 1km down the road every day for food and beverages."

"有一个客人在桑拿房里随地吐痰，虽然不是酒店的责任，但是实在太恶心了！"

"Good service. Great variety on breakfast. Room was upgraded and I love it but the ceiling on the bathroom was fallen down and it was scary."

"Like the room. Staff very friendly."
