"The property was clean. I truly think when a hot tub or pool is not working and we order rooms online.... we should be able to get our money back and be able to go to a different hotel! Hot tub was not working. Also when you are visiting friends in another state that they live in.... add them to your room... so they can go swimming and enjoy some time together with you. I only put 2 people down in the room, had i put 4 down.. they could have went swimming. Such nonsense in this day and age!"
