Stations for JR lines and other local trains are dotted all around the property. Service and staff are really helpful despite language barriers, although language barriers should be thin these days due to modern technology. If you manage to get a room up high you’ll have a nice view of the city. "

"We stayed in the Premier two bed room and it was amazing! For the price I paid it was far and away worth every cent. Having access the the phenomenal lounges alone made it worth it. The room itself was exquisite! Not a huge room but everything about it was top quality. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible and the location is close to Shinjuku station which gets you everywhere. Highly recommend it and will probably book here exclusively on all my Tokyo travel from now on. "
