"I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends."

The coin laundry on 14th floor and you can monitor the progress of each machine...

No decaf coffee available in room (a common problem traveling in Japan - bring your own!), but decaf service in restaurant was no problem. Bed was...

"We can read books during the stay"

"Right beside the train station and right over a bunch of underground restaurants. Great locations and views too. Public bath was welcome to tattoos and looked quite nice as well!"
