"The food at the restaurant is not that great and costly. The onsen ( outdoor and indoor) and large swimming pool are great and beautiful. Thanks to the very nice Japanese lady that speak english with an Australian accent, she was very helpful - too bad she is only working in the restaurant and not at the front desk! "The best experience I’ve had at a hotel in Japan. I have a halal diet and the staff were able to cater for this in the half-board meals provided. The staff in the cafeteria were great and I felt like I had a lovely experience being fussed over (they treated everyone kindly). The front desk staff were great and spoke good English.
