Whether you're planning to whale-watch, storm-watch, or spend a sparkling summer on the beach, this oceanfront home in beautiful Yachats will provide you with a front-row seat. You'll be less than three miles north of town, with only a grassy lawn separating you from the sand and ocean waves.

Upon entering this single-level home, you'll be greeted by both carpet and tile floors, natural wood adorning the walls and ceilings, and a wall of picture windows framing the Pacific Ocean. The oceanfront living room and dining room are warmed by a fireplace, with the living room offering soft sofas and recliners where you can read, watch TV, and admire incredible sunset views. The kitchen is outfitted with every essential appliance, and the adjacent sheltered patio features a gas grill, outdoor seating, and a brick firepit where you can roast marshmallows at dusk. When it's time to turn in, you'll find two bedrooms - including an oceanfront suite - in the main part of the house, a half-bathroom, and the washer/dryer right across the breezeway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
