Great place for two nights
"The thermal spas are amazing. Although the outdoor one for us was closed for the two days for cleaning. Overall the hotel outside of the thermal spas is very dated and not the cleanest. we had some holes in linen and it was all a bit grimy. The staff were lovely and the food was great."

"Amazing! An obscure shophouse like inn but full of character and good vibes. Hana is so pleasant and helpful, giving us so much information about where to visit and good restaurants. It is walking distance to the boat pier where the sun moon lake is."

"There are lots of steps to climb, even get to the main office to check in. I had to take my case and bags with me to walk along all stairs ( no elevator), this would be hard for seniors and people with disabilities.
