"Just next to Xining Railway Station. Great for folks whowant to take train to Lhasa. Otherwise, not much food and shopping nearby. You have to walk about 20 minutes along Jianguo Road to do that. Front desk staff are very helpful. They can help you to print Tibet Visit Permit for RMB20 per page. ..."

"The hotel manager CoCo was particularly helpful and provided excellent, above and beyond service to me. If you stay at this hotel, you should know that staff don't speak English, but CoCo the manager spoke excellent English which helped on several interactions."
