"The hotel manager CoCo was particularly helpful and provided excellent, above and beyond service to me. If you stay at this hotel, you should know that staff don't speak English, but CoCo the manager spoke excellent English which helped on several interactions. "
"All of staff of this hotel were very kind and showed full of hospitality. I don't speak Chinese, thus I couldn't communicate with one of staff. However, the young guy prepared a translation app quickly and tried to understand each other through it. As a result, I could check-in thanks to him.
