"I loved the traditional architecture of this hotel which stands out from the rest. Ambience is very relaxing and fits in nicely with the traditional vibe of Suzhou, it has a lovely garden to stroll in and even interesting cultural artifacts on display around the corridors. Staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is also very clean, comfortable and spacious. But the taste of the food at breakfast and the noodle restaurant weren't the best."

"I booked a one bed room and it’s pretty small. Vanity is outside of the bathroom room. No desk or chairs. When I shower, water is all over the toilet. Front desk is helpful and gifted me a small bag of cookies. Bottle water is provided as well as one time comb and toothbrush . Location is excellent, right next to Guanqian street. When you walk around, take metro exit 5, which has an escalator."

"출장으로 가끔 씩 이용하는데 호텔 네임밸류와 가격을 생각하면 아주 좋습니다. 친절한 직원, 그리고 조식도 괜찮습니다. 한국 라면도 끓여줍니다. 주변에 있는 버섯 파 계란 등 추가하고 물을 조금만 넣어 달라고 꼭 얘기를 해주면 제법 그럴싸하게 만들어 줍니다. 호텔 옆에 회사 건물이 있는데 지하에도 음식점이 몇개 있습니다. 일본식 돈부리 덮밥집도 먹을만 합니다."
