"Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room is spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Free self serve laundry is a big bonus. Breakfeast has decent selections but the hot food were always room temperature even at 6:30am when it open. The urinals floor by the reception was not clean when I used it yet the cleaning sheet on the wall marked it was cleaned just 10 minutes prior. Very central location with easy walking and dining options. However, when booking Didi, the app thinks the hotel is across the street so the driver always wait across the street but you can't cross without walking half a block away. I am poinnting out so hotel can inform Didi to fix this."

"Here’s a polished version that keeps it natural and useful for other international travelers: American traveler here. I stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed my stay. The staff was outstanding—very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Several of the receptionists at the front desk also spoke very good English, which made everything especially easy as an international traveler. The rooms were quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a nice toilet and an excellent shower. I was also very happy with the bed and pillows—they were comfortable and definitely met Western standards. One of the unexpected conveniences was the free laundry. The machines were very easy to use, and the detergent and fabric softener were automatically added. I was able to wash and dry a load of clothes in about an hour, which was extremely convenient while traveling through China. The location was also great. It was about a 15-minute walk to the Bell Tower and Drum Tower area, and the walk was very easy. Xi’an North Railway Station was roughly 30–40 minutes away by DiDi, and the ride was affordable. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food, but there are plenty of excellent local restaurants nearby. There is also a coffee shop right outside the hotel and several good breakfast options directly across the street. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable three-night stay. Excellent staff!"

"Though the hotel isn’t new and the facilities are somewhat worn, the location could not be better — everything is nearby. A shopping complex with a Starbucks and food court is right next door. Still, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being completely smoke‑free. We called the front desk, and staff swiftly moved us to a new room and assisted with our luggage. The concierge team delivered great service as well. Tank and other staff were responsive to our questions and gave us fantastic local tips. Housekeeping performed wonderfully too. They observed we liked using extra towels to avoid wet floors and thoughtfully provided spares without being requested. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay."

"The location is very convenient, with easy access to the city's main attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and came with complimentary bottled water. Most importantly, the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. One of the front desk staff members, whose last name is Zhao, provided excellent recommendations for transportation and must-see attractions. His helpful advice saved me a lot of time and made my trip much more enjoyable."
