"Excellent service, regardless of whether are you checking in or out, the staff treated you professionally and politely. The proximity to the malls around Wulin square and the Wulin night market is also a plus. But they need to review the "tastiness" of the breakfast. The breakfast has a respectable spread, what one would expect from a 5-star hotel, but the "tastiness" has many room for improvement."

It’s in a great location with the night market just steps away. It’s a pleasant walk to West Lake. The hotel is very new and modern. "Fabulous stay, buffet was wonderful, a great mix of western options and omelettes were made to order, nice selection of breads, pastries, fresh juices with an amazing view to enjoy your breakfast. Everything feels really well thought out and meticulous, you are truly cared for there. My best stay in china could not recommend enough."
