"After much research, I chose this hotel due to location: it does not disappoint in this regard. It’s connected to a shopping wall and is in an area with lots of dining options and it’s a beautiful walk to west lake. The room itself is okay. It is a bit dated but comfortable. "The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money. "
