"Friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and got clean towels every day. The only down side was that pool was under renovation. They were accommodating to use the pool from the neighboring hotel in 3 blocks."

"We had a wonderful time in Progreso and the hotel was at a perfect location. The beach with its turquoise water is only steps away, so are many restaurants and bars. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. We will come back some day."
