"Bed was a little too soft for my liking, but definitely not the fault of the hotel. Not 100% sure of all of the hotel’s eco-friendly practices, so rated them above average. It was August, so the days were hot. Upon entering my room, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the air conditioning had been turned on to cool the room, and the refrigerator was pre-chilled for my evening adult beverages. The lady at the front desk, Ameesha (not sure about the spelling), was very friendly and courteous. She even agreed to call me by name, when I asked her to please not call me “Sir” 😛. I was lucky enough to interact with her often during my 3 night stay, and she was always pleasant, respectful, and even remembered my name. All of the staff were very nice and helpful and kind. I will definitely stay here again. "
