"This hotel is close to and above the Yangtze, with spectacular views. The room, restaurant, and facilities were excellent. This is a hotel where management and staff strived to provide the very best experience for the traveler throughout. I look forward to my next stay."

"The hotel staff is not properly trained. They do not know the exact locations of kids events, and we have to go from one place to another to figure out where to attend these events. Bad experience. Also, I do not think it is proper to have live animals as awards for kids."
