"Room 509: Very comfortable hotel. The beds were a little hard, but wasnt a problem for us. If you're a very light sleeper, the trams can be an issue, but not very loud. Very nicely furnished rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Expensive bar, but that is to be expected at a 5 star hotel. The spa is nice, although the water in the jacuzzi was too cold for us. "We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed. "The hotel is in a perfect location. It’s a walking distance to Old Town, historical places, stores, yet next to the park and river providing more resting atmosphere. Staff are very kind, speaking multiple languages, also English. They were very helpful in assisting in getting me a cab and being able to prepay. I got vouchers to the bar and I tasted most delicious latte. The restaurant on site is beautiful and I had the best duck ever. Rooms are clean and spacious. Each room has a small fridge...
