"Room 509: Very comfortable hotel. The beds were a little hard, but wasnt a problem for us. If you're a very light sleeper, the trams can be an issue, but not very loud. Very nicely furnished rooms and bathroom. Friendly staff. Expensive bar, but that is to be expected at a 5 star hotel. The spa is nice, although the water in the jacuzzi was too cold for us. Location is good with a park just outside. 10 minutes to walk to old town centre. The only negative I can really think of is they didnt...

"We only stayed for one night, but the 5 star rating is deceiving. I feel bad to say that I didn’t feel like it was a 5 star hotel. There’s no ramp to go down to the lobby/ front desk from the main entrance for those who have rolling luggages or strollers, only stairs and a wheelchair elevator. It was pretty empty in terms of staff and guests. The room was spacious and clean but the pillows barely held its form and the bedsheets were coming off the bed. "Very nice stay, helpful staff and clean comfortable room. Great to have the onsite parking too, very convenient. Would be nice to have additional pillows, but I never asked at reception as only staying one night. They may well have provided them if I’d asked. If you like more than one pillow, ask for extra when checking in."
