"Front desk employee was so friendly and helpful- offered ice cold fruit infused water- room was large , comfortable! Had a vip coupon from Expedia we used for an espresso and some protein drinks- Property was very nice- pool area clean with beautiful foliage! Price was right too!!"

"Cockroaches. Dirty bedding and towels. Nasty property. Bad neighborhood. Completely gross. Piles of garbage right outside our room door. We had two towels in our room with 4 people staying. We asked for more towels and were told that two towels were sufficient. They also didn’t have more bedding when the bedding we had was so disgusting. Never again!!!"

"I’ve been in so many hotels. But seriously this is the worst. It smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep. Made a reservation here because couldn’t find something affordable last minute. I seriously don’t recommend this place to anyone. Specially if you have kids. Don’t go there!!!!"

"The original architecture and the rooms were amazing. Just walking around and reading about the history of the boat was amazing. The promenade cafe says breakfast till 3 pm online but management in the cafe says only till 11 and didn’t fulfill my order for breakfast. Definitely should get management and online to reflect times accordingly. Tv had a black screen and we were told IT was gone for the day and they would send someone else but no one ever followed up.
