"What is the deal w the guy who lives upstairs in the room behind the curtains? I’m still trying to figure out whether he was sick or having routine respiratory issues. I was woken up both mornings around 7AM of my stay w him hacking and coughing. I personally enjoyed the three oversized cats that live there but might be an issue for those allergies and I don’t recall seeing cats being mentioned. "Everything was nice and clean when I got there. The bed was also very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The valet staff were helpful with answering my questions that I had about their service along with details that come with the it."

"Sometimes life throws you a curve ball. I ended up at this best western as it checked my boxes and I took a nice bath and went to bed. Noon check out was delicious. Chee4s!"

"Great place. Quiet and comfortable. Clean."

"My sister stayed in a handicap room which was fine large and good for handicap EXCEPT she could not open the door to get out of the room by herself, she called me I was in a room down the hall. The door is very heavy and a handicap person in a walker or wheelchair can not get in or out of the room! It should have an automatic button to push to open the door. I would not recommend this for a handicap person !"
