"The location was great, totally walkable and with access to awesome food and nightlife. The hotel is nice, and we loved the coffee and fruit on each floor."
"The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful especially Van!
The room was large, clean and the mattress was very comfortable
We loved the outdoor space and restaurant. Breakfast was very good and loved the atmosphere. My only suggestion is maybe another bartender during happy hour. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get a drink. The bartender was slammed and couldn't keep up."
"I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel is beautiful and perfectly situated in walking distance to the City Market. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and updated. Very nice and I would stay here again. I rated comfort 4 stars for one reason alone - I took 2 showers while I was there and neither time was I able to get the water to warm up to barely above freezing. I like hot showers and thoroughly hated both showers because the water would not warm up no longer how long I left it running. To be fair, I was there on business and only stayed one night, so I did not take the time to report the issue to the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, so they probably would have at least tried to correct the issue if I brought it to their attention at the time I was there. "
