"The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff were helpful and friendly. It was very hot when we stayed and there was no aircon in the room, however they did provide fans to provide some comfort. The Breakfast was excellent."

"Overall the majority of the staff were welcoming. However there was an occasion we asked at breakfast time could we have a window table at dinner time. I said that it need not be every night but was told by the restaurant attendant that the system books the tables so they cannot assure my request. I asked to speak to the restaurant manager and after rolling her eyes she said ok. The restaurant manager came and said that the system books table booking on a first come first serve basis so that she cannot guarantee our req . This seems as though humans can’t use their analytical skills to look at what the ‘system’ is booking and adapt it accordingly. The five nights that we were there, only one night was busy where most tables were occupied!"

"The reception and restaurant staff all amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. A massive thank you to the electric mini bus driver, he helped us out at the hotel car park and drove us back from Salcombe, very polite and knowledgeable person. Facilities at the hotel amazing and right on the beach. Spa staff just as amazing as everyone who worked there. Food in the restaurant great quality and reasonable prices. Continental breakfast just perfect. Thank you for an awesome stay."

"Had a family room, it was absolutely massive compared to other hotel family rooms. The beds were super comfortable, everything you could need was available in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely. But my favourite thing had to be the view, it was breathtaking."

"We enjoyed our self catering facilifies. There was so much to do at the location, i.e., mini golfing, golfing range, fairy dust walk by the river, gym, swimming and kids play area. There was everything for the whole family. The kids definitely loved it."
