There were no toothpaste and brush set kept in bathroom where they will be kept in most of the hotels.

"Room is spacious and sparkling clean with nice view of the lake. It is an old building in traditional renovation. If you like the atmosphere of staying in an old English house you will definitely love it. We had a nice and quiet break from busy life there. Breakfast was nicely served. "Nice stay in the lakes with the dog. Great staff at the hotel, good breakfast and extensive drinks selection. Room was very small and pokey but otherwise ok and fairly comfortable. We were on the top floor and there is no lift, so would not be suitable for those with restricted mobility. "
"Traditional and slightly dated hotel. The accommodation was more than adequate and the food and service excellent. Its proximity to Keswick town centre is a bonus, especially as parking is free. After checkout we were told we could leave our car on the premises for the rest of the day if we so wished. "

He gave us a tour and explanation of where everything was and about breakfast. The room was perfect, very clean and excellent condition.
