With this central location you are not far away from Worcester Town Centre, as well as Foregate Train Station & Shrub Hill Train Station (20 minute walk away)
You are not far from the M5 at Junction 6 & 7.
Cheltenham Racecourse is a 30 minute drive away.

As you walk in the property, you are greeted with a Modern and Comfortable Living Area. Featuring two Sofa’s, a comfy chair, lamp & a TV on the wall.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.
Please note the house has two different levels (Ground Floor & First Floor) these all include stairs to access.
Kitchen:
From the living room, you walk straight into the spacious kitchen that has seating for up to 4 people.
At the back of the house, there are two seats to sit back and relax over-looking the garden.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. One features a Super King Bed, bedside tables, lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, a desk with chair & a hairdryer.

Next to the master bedroom is the bathroom, it features a bath/shower, toilet, sink & mirror.
Bedroom 2:
At the back of the house is the Double Bedroom, this features bedside tables, lamps, a hanging rail for you to hang your clothes & a comfy chair.
Garden:
Off the kitchen is the garden with a table, chairs & a BBQ that is perfect for summer evenings!
Parking:
There is no designated parking at this property. There should be space on Gillam Street free of charge, but this is not guaranteed. However, there are additional roads which can offer on road parking.
