"Charming house! Period property dressed with furniture to suit. The beds were so comfortable and the house had all you needed albeit basic and quirky, we felt this added to the charm! The house was so peaceful and calm, sitting by the Aga, with a tea, in the morning before the rest of the house woke, was a real tonic and good for the soul.The village has a pub and pizza place (amazing home run business, not to be missed) but no shop. This was not an issue for us as we got a grocery delivery and the next village, Dale, has a very tiny but well thought out stock to top up if needed.Beautiful walks from the house, two beaches of Musselwick and Marloes close by, Marloes is a truly spectacular beach. Don't forget your National Trust card as this pays for parking at National Trust car parks in the area. The park outside the house was perfect for our twin boys to run off some energy.A visit to Dale is a must, about 5 mins away, we hired sea Kayaks and a catamaran boat from Celtic Sea sports and had a brilliant day on the sea. Absolutely loved this house, we know it wouldn't be for everyone, but we would return in a heartbeat."

"The property was clean, well furnished, warm and comfortable. The niggles mentioned in earlier reviews had been resolved.The property company sorted out an issue with hot water within an hour on Boxing Day.I will happily book to stay here again"

"Wonderfully situated cottage, close to the Skomer ferry. Disappointed with cleanliness, upstairs shower a little mouldy. Decor tired. Blinds a little torn and dirty. No shop in village (info for cottage next door states shop). No welcome pack, info on website states there would be one. Folders with local information good but they don’t give any info on where nearest supermarkets are, Milford Haven and Haverfordwest nearest.All in all we had lovely break as location was perfect for ‘puffin’ island. Lobster Pot was within walking distance and food good. Runwayskiln cafe wonderful, breakfast was exceptional."
