"The customer service at this hotel was amazing!!! We had issues with our rental car breaking down and they went above and beyond with trying to assist us. We had even checked out and they still continued to help us and were extremely communicative, hospitable, and friendly. The room had a gorgeous view, was very spacious and decorated in a trendy/modern way. The location was about a 20 minute walk to the Sydney Opera House and Botanical Gardens. The onsite restaurants were decorated beautifully and were very welcoming. I give this property a 10 plus out of 10! It was a great find:)"
