This large holiday home provides its guests with magnificent vistas of the North Devon coast and is within walking distance of the village and beach. With a reverse-level design, the four-bedroom property makes the most of the view of Woolacombe Bay from the living space, and sleeps up to eight guests. Set in landscaped gardens, the cottage is perfect for keen walkers, families and those who enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy the scenery, the stunning views and the many attractions, all close by.


As you enter the house from the ground-floor level, you will be welcomed by the open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. This exceptional space boasts a multitude of windows, allowing you to enjoy the views and brighten the area with natural light. The kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for your party, and you can enjoy them either at the breakfast bar or the dining table. Afterwards, settle down in the lounge in front of the TV. Descend the stairs and you will find a conservatory where you can admire the stunning panoramas, or retire to one of the four bedrooms and a family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are king-sized, the other two twin-bedded, and one of the king-sized rooms includes a television set and an en-suite shower room. Step out into the mature terraced garden, where you can explore the various levels, the patio and the lawn, or relax on the long balcony. Enjoy the planted areas and dine alfresco with your friends and family.


Woolacombe's 3-mile strand is a family favourite for seaside holidays and a magnet for surfers, with an array of surf schools ready to teach novices how to ride the Atlantic rollers. While some seasonal restrictions apply, there are clearly marked dog-friendly zones on this wide expanse where your pets can race across the sands. Splendid walks along the spectacular South West Coast Path abound. The 5-mile circular route to the historic village of Mortehoe (1 mile by road) provides dramatic cliffs and the chance to spot grey seals, all this is within walking distance.

This is a lovely spacious property with stunning views, even if it is raining (which it did at times) it was lovely to just sit and admire the views. Everything in the property you could possibly need for your stay .would highly recommend. We would love to return at some point.
