This ground-floor apartment is within a select development of eight properties located in a quieter part of Woolacombe village yet just a short level walk to the 3-mile expanse of golden surfing sands and all village amenities. Sleeping four guests, this is the perfect spot for a coastal getaway where you can explore the countryside and shoreline.
The apartment is light and airy and decorated, furnished and equipped to a very good standard throughout. A spacious open-plan living area offers ample comfortable space for relaxation after a day on the beach, a dining suite where casual meals can be enjoyed and a well-equipped kitchen with solid wood maple finished units providing everything you need for a self-catering holiday. has all you will need for catering for family and friends. There are two inviting bedrooms – a king and a twin as well as a good-sized wetroom that provides wide, level access to a power shower in a gated enclosure. The apartments have a shared patio and garden area with BBQ and an outdoor hot shower - ideal when returning from a day on the beach. There’s even private outdoor storage for beach equipment and boards.
Woolacombe is an award-winning beach resort, ideal for families looking for a traditional beach holiday or those wishing to enjoy more active pursuits including surfing the Atlantic waves, walking the stunning South West Coast Path or horse riding on the beach. Surrounded by beautiful North Devon countryside, there is easy access to the picturesque harbour and town amenities of Ilfracombe (6 miles) and the splendour of the Exmoor National Park offering plenty to do no matter what the weather. In addition, the picturesque hilltop village of Mortehoe, with its breathtaking National Trust cliff-top footpaths is also less than 2 miles beyond the smaller sand and shingle cove beaches of Grunta and Barricane.
