"As you are in an Island , you have to rely on their food options and restaurant, this would be shocking when you have a child and been told the food is finished or all the tables have been reserved! they should know how many guest on the Island to ensure the variety and enough food in reasonable prices available for everyone. "

"A lovely ocean side resort. Spectacular views and an easy walk into town along the waterside. The surrounding boardwalks have amazing views and feel very safe. Our booking included a continental breakfast which had a good range of cereals, danishes, yoghurt, fruit, toast/breads, juice/coffee. It was lovely but by day 3-5 I was craving variety and a cooked breakfast. Pack a warm jumper as it can be cool in the morning when having breakfast when it is windy (July). We will definitely return. Such a lovely place to relax and enjoy the view "

"Our family enjoyed our 3 night stay in a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment. It was clean, airy and bright, and had everything we needed including a kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Our room also had direct access to the heated pool. Upon booking, there was excellent communication provided by reception including quick confirmation of our stay, followed by informative messages regarding airport transfers, upgrades available and food options in Airlie Beach. "Very nice Hotel, we stayed 2 nights and everything was great. Staff was great too, we checked in with Kim, was super nice and very friendly, we need more people like her. The supervisor Alex was pretty good and very nice too, really helpfull and very organised, you can feel the good atmosphere the he spread at the front desk with the other member of the staff. We tryed the restaurant too, a little bit expensive, good food and staff too. Hotel was clean but can be better especially in term of dust, our air conditioner was very dusty and the water glasses wasn’t clean. Location was great, very close to a bus station, and close to a bordwalk too. Overall experience very good, we definitely come back. "
