"The room felt a bit shabby, the coffin cupboard and the shaded in tiny balcony. No milk at all and the lamps were dusty. This is unusual as I love staying at this hotel and usually do at least 3 or 4 times a year."

"The suite was spacious and well appointed and the location was fantastic - walking distance to great pubs, bars and restaurants as well as Blenheim Palace. The suite contained a King size bed, a sofa and a separate seating area. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication at check-in and we were not told we MUST leave the hanger on the door if we want our room cleaned. So we arrived back in the evening to find it not made up, which was disappointing. We spoke to the front desk but the cleaning staff had left for the day. Jade, who is extraordinary, and seamlessly and cheerfully covers everything from the bar to breakfast, took it upon herself to clean the room for us - and gifted us a bottle of bubbly. Overall a great experience - but remember to put out your room hanger!"
